Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining authorized access credentials, and cooperating with implementation and governance requirements.
Fees and Payment
All fees are payable according to agreed commercial terms. We reserve the right to suspend or limit service access where payments are materially overdue.
Data and Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information. Notify Technology LTD will process client data only for service delivery, support, and agreed analytics functions, subject to applicable laws and contractual obligations.
Intellectual Property
Notify Technology retains all rights in its software, methodologies, documentation, and proprietary materials. Client-specific data and outputs remain subject to the agreed contract terms.
Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate with third-party tools and infrastructure providers. Availability and performance of third-party services are outside our direct control.
Availability and Support
We aim to provide reliable service continuity and timely support. Planned maintenance, emergency fixes, and external dependencies may affect availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notify Technology LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Total liability is limited as set out in the governing service agreement.
No Performance Guarantee
While our platform is designed to improve operational safety and compliance performance, outcomes depend on client adoption, governance maturity, and operational context. Specific business results are not guaranteed.
Termination
Either party may terminate services in line with contractual notice periods and termination clauses. Upon termination, access and data handling will follow the agreed offboarding process.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing in the applicable contract.
